Steppin' into this place felt like a warm hug—Marta whipped up a delicious risotto suggestion and Paulo poured a wine that’s still dancing in my mind. I loved chillin' on the terrace and enjoyed the top-notch sauna after a day out. A small thing was that the room felt a bit tight for all my gear, but it didn't spoil the good vibes! 😊

Stylish and comfortable hotel, the facilities were modern. The location was great, and we could reach a shopping mall by walking. The venue was set in a nice area. We appreciated the amazing restaurant and the food was excellent...

Great location for shopping and football stadium.

My family and I were disappointed with our stay. The buffet breakfast was cold, including the coffee that was barely warm. Housekeeping only made the bed but neglected to restock the milk or mini bar, promised by the hotel. When we arrived, there were delays with access to our room after being told about certain amenities that weren't fulfilled.

The modern, spacious room featured a big, comfy bed and excellent shower facilities. The warm and friendly reception staff provided a wonderful welcome, catering especially to my dog with thoughtful amenities like a water bowl and dog bed. Dining in the hotel restaurant was nice, with tasty snacks and superior culinary offerings that stood out . The room's layout could benefit from more privacy in the bathroom, and although the location is convenient for the motorway, it might not appeal to those seeking a more central spot.

Had a right boss time! The room was modern and comfy, with a top-notch shower. The staff were dead sound, especially at the restaurant. But, I found the indoor parking a bit of a hassle having to stop at reception for tickets. Still, I’d recommend it to me mates!

during my stay, I loved that the hotel was just a short stroll away from the picturesque Grund area, perfect for leisurely walks along the river, and I was thrilled to find the vibrant Place d'Armes only a bit over 3 km away, making it easy to soak in the local atmosphere and charm of the city.

The room was super clean and comfy. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wonderful selection that kept me energized for my rides.

air conditioning didn't cool properly

The staff were genuinely friendly, with Greg at dinner explaining everything about the menu and even sharing the carrot cake recipe! Breakfast had a good selection, and the fresh orange juice set a bright tone for the day.

Our stay was improved with the clean and modern rooms, with a complimentary minibar, and we enjoyed a good breakfast with fresh quality ingredients.

We found the mattress uncomfortable, as it felt too hard for our liking.
